Once you have taken this step and I receive your initial inquiry, I’ll respond with a friendly hello, congratulations and thank you for choosing Luxe! This email will also include a link with log in information to view our investment brochure and a request to get some additional information about you and your big day!
We will schedule a chat or a meeting based around your schedule over the next few days. If this meeting is in person, we will meet at a local coffee shop, sports bar or other fun location to talk details.details.details. We sit, we chat, we swoon. While I can bring albums with me to client meetings, at this point, you have seen my work both on my website and through the link I have provided. This meeting is more to determine that our personalities are a good fit! It’s so important to mesh with your photographer and have great chemistry! Once we have parted ways, I wait for *the* call. The one were you say “Yes!” and request a contract for your big day!
Once we have you on my calendar for your wedding, we’ll begin planning your engagement session and/or bridal session dates and locations. Getting married is such an exciting time in your life and these sessions are the perfect way not only to document it, but it allows us the opportunity to get to know each other a little better. Learn how we each work and get comfortable before your wedding.
It takes three weeks to receive your images back from each portrait session but I’ll post a teaser image within 48 hours of your session. You’ll be provided a gallery to view your images and share with your friends. I’ll get your blog post live on my website and shortly after, you’ll receive your images!
Now, your big day is here! My assistant and I will arrive and begin walking through the venue – taking detail shots where we can and get setup in the reception area. We’ll shoot your wedding from you getting ready to your final exit. There will probably be tears during your first look.. your vows.. and maybe during in the reception
Once your images are ready, the process is much like your portrait sessions. I’ll post your teasers, blog your images, upload the images to a gallery to share with your friends and family and contact you to send your images and begin designing your album!
It’s a fun and seamless process. My goal is to make your wedding planning experience more enjoyable and turn your moments into tangible memories!
