Do you offer a cd in any of your packages?
No. CD’s are slowly becoming a thing of the past! Before we know it, they’ll be collecting dust with the VHS, Floppy Discs and Cassette tapes we used to love. All wedding packages include a high resolution digital download of the images from your wedding day!
Do you offer albums/prints in any of your packages?
Albums are included in some packages while prints are available a la carte.
What can I expect to spend on my wedding package?
Wedding photography coverage begins at $2,500. Contact me for further details on package options.
What if my family/friends would like to order the images online? Is there a website they go to?
Yes! You will be provided a link to an online gallery that you can not only share with your friends and family so they can view your wedding day images, but you can also order prints directly from the site to be sent to your home!
What kind of equipment do you shoot with?
I shoot with a Canon 5D Mark II body, off camera flash and the following canon lens:
20mm f2.8
24-70mm f2.8
35mm f1.4
45mm f2.8 tiltshift
70-200mm f2.8
100mm macro
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes!
Will my images be posted on social networking sites?
Yes, some of the images will be posted on facebook, my blog, etc.
Is an engagement session included in any of your packages?
Yes, all 8 hr packages include a complimentary engagement session! Additional portrait sessions are available.
How much is the retainer fee?
The required retainer is 30-40% of the total package investment.
When is the remaining amount due for the wedding?
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.
Do you offer a wedding day discount for non-Saturdays?
Yes, I offer a 10% discount for Monday-Thursday Weddings.
Can you hold my date without a deposit?
Unfortunately, no. I require a signed contract and retainer fee to reserve a date.
How long before I receive my photos after my wedding?
During busy seasons, it takes up to 6-8 weeks to receive the images.
Do you offer save the date/thank you cards?
Yes! I love designing cards for my clients. Please contact me for details on design options.
Will we own the copyright to the images from our wedding?
No. I retain the copyright to all images that I take however, you will receive a personal print release to use the images for personal printing, social media, blogs, etc.
Who is the second photographer at the wedding? (this, assuming you’re the first…correct?)
Yes, I will be the main photographer. My second shooter varies and I can not say for certain who it will be on your big day BUT I have a few specific photographers that I always work with. They are all seasoned pros who have their own photography business and shoot their own weddings as a main photographer. I’m very particular about who shoots with me. They need to shoot with a similiar style to mine so there is a good flow to the images.
