Jennifer & Derek | Austin Wedding Photographer

Jennifer & Derek were wed in an intimate backyard wedding at her parents house and I became kind of obsessed with all of the adorable DIY details.. fabric bouquets made by the Bride and her Matron of Honor using fabric that once belonged to her grandmother.. pins and buttons adorned to her bouquet from her childhood.. the simple beauty of daisies in mason jars.. the cowboy boots.. the cupcake stand hand made by the father of the bride.. the ‘love’ rings and ‘no ugly crying’ hankies that were part of the bridesmaids gifts.. I loved every detail of this wedding (although I do admit.. the hankies really gave me a giggle and became an instant favorite!) Even the rain didn’t put a damper on their parade!

Oh and by the way – just try and tell me that their daughter isn’t the cutest little thing you have ever seen?! That hair.. oh the hair!:)

Amber & Ryan | Austin Engagement Photographer

Say hello to Amber & Ryan! Amber spent months scouring pinterest for ideas for props for their engagement session and with the help of both of their families, they came prepared! They had so many fun props to include their pup, announce their wedding date and represent their life as a couple and how they met! I fell in love the location they selected and the gorgeous morning light cascading through the trees and the white fencing.. it was simply beautiful!

GM & Sam | Mercury Hall Wedding Photographer

GM & Sam have one of the cutest stories. They met back in 8th grade and GM instantly decided that one day.. they would get married. What was it that brought her to this decision? Simple. His name. You see, GM loved Sailor Moon. Sam’s last name is Moon. If they married and had a little girl, she could name her Sailor! True Story.

Two years later.. she asked him for a ride home from school and yesterday, they celebrated their ten year anniversary by saying ‘I do’ in front of the people they love the most! *tear*

Christy & Carson are so stinkin’ cute together! There is no question – they adore each other  So natural together and so happy in love. It’s the sweetest thing! We started the session on South Congress but Christy really wanted something a little different for their engagement session so we headed down to the Farmers Market! I’m in love with all of the images from their shoot and how much of their personalities shine through. From the venue to their relationship..  it’s perfection.
